We believe this is the future of real estate lead generation, and as a result over half of our marketing budget goes into Internet marketing to create leads for our agents.  We do organic and pay per click optimization that delivers over 5000 unique visitors a month.

We deliver leads to our agents through our proprietary Leadrouter System.  This system will notify our agents on a rotational basis within seconds after the prospect has come to the site.  This allows our agents to quickly follow up with prospects and further increase their chance of converting the prospect into a client. 

We also show our agents how to contact, follow up, and incubate these leads to increase the capture rate.  Bottom line—if you follow up with these leads then you will generate prospects and close transactions.
