Approximately 50% of new agents fail to make it through their first year in the business and 80 don’t make it beyond their second year. We have a very high success rate with new and existing agents. At Hunt Real Estate ERA, 80% of our agents are still in the business. We believe this can be attributed to our commitment to developing a strong foundation for each agent who joins our company.
